The BATLOGGER M2 is a bat call recorder that records ultrasonic calls from bats in real time and saves those files onto a microSD card.

Data storage

The individual acoustic recordings are written to the microSD card as .wav files. For each .wav file a .xml file is stored, which contains the set parameters, as well as date, time, position and temperature at the time of recording.
