Upon delivery, the device needs to be plugged into a power source to wake it from hibernation.

open device, remove battery, insert battery again, make sure both sides of the battery have contact to the battery holder.

Reset Password

If you don’t know your password anymore, you can easily reset your device to create a new password. There are two different ways to reset your password, either with or without opening the device:

Using gestures

Tap the device 4 times, tilt the device 4 times. The LED is activated when the reset process is completed:

Using the internal reset button

Unscrew the 4 screws on the back to open the device. Push the reset button to acticate the reset:
